The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine is a long-term client of our live-streaming services. One significant event we covered for them was the white coat ceremony at the convention center, which involved three schools and an audience of up to 8,000 people. We use five cameras and a live mixer to capture and broadcast the ceremony, ensuring seamless transitions and integrating participant names onto the screen. We work closely with the venue’s AV team, union, and lighting, conducting multiple site visits to ensure smooth internet connectivity and having backup measures to prevent technical issues. Candle Lighting
The next event we want to discuss is the CHOP annual Candle Lighting ceremony, which is incredibly important to us. We provide complete audiovisual support for the event, including screens, audio systems, lighting, and video production. Our technical crew ensures that the live stream is flawless for the 800 families in attendance and those watching remotely. We take our responsibility very seriously and go above and beyond to ensure no technical issues. We recently organized a live broadcast from New York with a beautiful set, including three cameras, audio, and video backgrounds. Simultaneously, we set up similar broadcasts in five countries linked to the same live stream, allowing interaction and questions between the different locations. Despite the complexity, we ensured precise timing and a strong internet connection.
